About the Job: Sales Manager / Sales Specialist – European Market
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Development: Identify and explore new business opportunities in the European market, expanding customer base and increasing market share.
2. Client Engagement: Reach out to potential clients, schedule meetings, and conduct visits to understand needs and present tailored solutions.
3. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with sales team to develop effective sales strategies, aligning with company goals and market trends.
5. Product Presentation: Effectively present and demonstrate products and services to potential customers, highlighting benefits and value propositions.
6. Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, manage sales pipeline, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in the industry, ideally within renewable energy, electronics, or IT sectors.
3. Technical Skills: Strong technical understanding with ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
4. Methodologies: Familiarity with agile work environments or requirements engineering is a plus.
5. Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish required; proficiency in one or more European languages desirable.
