We are seeking a Lead Deckhand for a 38-meter classic motor yacht based in Palma.
Position Details:
* Type: 38 meter private motor yacht
* Employment: Permanent position starting 01 / 03 / 2025
Responsibilities:
* Navigational watches
* Paint repairs
* Teak repairs
Qualifications:
* Easy-going, responsible, and trustworthy candidates with longevity in previous roles
* AEC1 would be beneficial but not essential
Additional Information:
* 35 days paid leave per year
* Crew of 7 onboard
