Sales Engineer - Barcelona, Kingdom Of Spain
Responsibilities:
1. Executes sales strategy and develops action plans for area of responsibility in line with strategic priorities.
2. Coordinates execution of customer roadmap and ensures closure of CRM projects.
3. Actively manages implementation of price strategy in the region.
4. Builds and maintains solid relationships with customers in the assigned territory.
5. Drives implementation of key strategic initiatives in sales area.
6. Delivers sales and distribution targets (KP OSG and PC % and/or GP% targets) in sales area.
7. Leads, coaches and mentors sales team members and ensures their respective education and development.
8. Ensures efficient geographical coverage and cross-selling opportunities to achieve full business potential (sales and profit).
9. Coordinates tasks between key interfaces and ensures fulfillment of administrative tasks. Collaborates with Mark-g, CS, SC, etc. to ensure full internal support for sales team; coordinates with KAM team on customer priorities.
10. Ensures compliant execution of sales processes (e.g., pricing, customer data management).
11. Provides sales forecast for the sales area and monitors key KPIs.
12. Manages relationships and plans with distribution partners, monitors their financial performance.

2. Minimum 3-4 years of experience related to sales in the industrial sector.
