To strengthen our leadership in the area, we have an exciting opportunity for an Área Manager to join our team in Madrid.
As an Área Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and business consolidation of your area, creating and leveraging business opportunities to achieve business objectives.

You will ensure that the company’s projects and strategies are executed efficiently, leading a motivated and qualified team.
Your responsibilities:
Revenue and Sales Management: You will perform strategic analyses, forecasts, and set the budget and sales targets for the area. You will define action plans for the area, the stores, and the staff, ensuring they are met through store visits, where you will share objectives and review KPIs, ensuring sales growth.
People Management: You will be responsible for the development and performance of store staff. During store visits, you will help create a culture of development, providing coaching and feedback, fostering team spirit and motivation. You will also work with the Regional Director and HR in the selection of professionals.
Resource and Personnel Planning: Based on territory analysis, you will ensure that your area has the right personnel to achieve the best results. You will also explore growth opportunities in your area’s store network.
What we are looking for:
Requirements:
* University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
* Previous experience as an Area Manager (3-5 years) or in Operations Management.
* Experience in dynamic sectors (retail is a plus).
* Availability to travel across the country (international mobility is a plus).
