Job Description:
This role is a key part of the User Growth team, reporting to the Head of Campaign & Onsite. This role aims to deliver a differentiated user experience in key shopping moments. We are looking for talent who is strong in PMO, excited to work with the commercial team and product/tech team on campaigns, and most importantly obsessed with delivering the most exceptional user experience for our users in Spain.
1. Establish annual campaign plan and calendar, and lead various campaign events through project management (i.e., Black Friday, Xmas, Rebajas, Mother’s Day, etc.), to boost business growth and customer awareness; including the merchandising strategy from campaigns selling point, story packaging, promotion cooperation, to jointly plan long-term sales growth & growth support. Your objective will be generating higher exposure, more orders, and sales for key brands.
2. Engage with the commercial team and sellers, drive seller participation and investment in above campaign activities.
3. Responsible for the pre-campaign readiness and design operation flow process between internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of attractive and effective campaigns.
4. Leverage analytical data to point out the critical factors or measurable metrics to enhance campaign performance.
5. Provide insightful reports to the Commercial team and prepare external materials to the brands on performance, results, and campaign challenges, along with new ideas or emerging trends.
6. Work with the Product and User Experience Design team to identify improvement areas that can make a more impactful business result and better user experience.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Consulting, Analytics, Ecommerce, digital business merchandising, preferably with marketplace ecommerce players.
- Strong project management skills, able to work with and manage various stakeholders with a positive mindset and strong problem-solving capability.
- Result-driven and detail-oriented, strong data analysis.
- Strategic thinking; able to leverage data points and market analysis to form actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment.
- Proficient command of MS, Excel, and PowerPoint with advanced analytics & presentation skills.
- Spanish native speaker, able to use English as the primary working language; Chinese will be a big plus.
- Team management experience preferred.
