Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Marine Fuel Sales Specialist to join Moeve Trading and lead account management, drive strategic term contracts, and spearhead contract negotiations within the marine fuel sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Excellence: Adhere strictly to company standards and procedures in all operations, fostering a culture of compliance and risk management.
* Strategy Development, Business Planning & Implementation: Actively contribute to and follow the business plan for key accounts, proposing adjustments as needed to address changing market conditions and client needs.
* Business Management and Results: Consolidate and enhance the client database to achieve annual business targets, coordinating efforts closely with the Customer Growth team and Operations.
* Knowledge Management & Networking: Maintain in-depth knowledge of client needs and market trends. Build and sustain collaborative relationships with peers, trading desks, and support teams to better understand customer needs, negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively.
Requirements:
* Marine Fuel Expertise: 5 years' experience in related roles, and/or bunker/shipping/industry.
* Sales & Negotiation: Proven experience managing key accounts, leading negotiations, and meeting sales and financial targets.
* Strategic Planning: Skilled in business planning, adapting strategies to market conditions, and managing financial aspects like credit control and contract evaluation.
* Energy Transition: Understanding of sustainable fuel trends to keep the company competitive.
