Job Description
The CAMPERLAB Product Planning & Merchandising role plays a central part within the newly created CAMPERLAB organization.
Reporting directly to the CAMPERLAB General Manager, the professional will have the mission to enhance sales and profitability by ensuring appropriate inventory levels through the meticulous implementation of the Go To Market and Buying strategy across all commercial channels.
This involves guaranteeing the presence of the right product in the designated area/channel of responsibility.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee seasonal inventory needs, across FTW, RTW, ACC categories.
* Define seasonal order books aligned with CAMPERLAB Sales Plan in order to achieve the commercial objective across DTC and Wholesale channels.
* Devise strategies to maximize sales and minimize seasonal leftovers.
* Monitor sell-out performance by sales line, product type, option, and channel, ensuring data accuracy.
* Oversee on-off management, analyzing and managing allocation implications to optimize sales and margins.
* Coordinate product lifecycle in-store and online, from deliveries to inventory management and sales tracking.
* Manage stock-related actions during season changes, sales periods, and returns.
* Maintain optimal stock levels in-store and online by sales line and product type, facilitating stock transfers within the store network for balance.
* Implement multichannel GTM calendar executions.
* Serve as the product point of contact for commercial channels (both DTC and WS) and Supply Chain.
* Ensure stock levels align with company objectives.
* Monitor stock status by point of sale and propose necessary actions (e.g., stock transfers, promotions).
Requirements:
* Proven experience in inventory management and sales strategy implementation.
* Proven experience to shape efficient and on-brand merchandising assortment focused on RTW, FTW, and ACC product categories and aligned with commercial objectives.
* Excellent coordination and organizational capabilities.
* Proficiency with inventory management software and tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional data accuracy and analytical skills.
* Proactive in managing stock levels and implementing action plans.
