Despite being less than a two years old, we’ve gained impressive traction and early signs of product-market fit, recently closing another seed funding round. With a rapidly expanding customer base across Europe and the U.S, we’re building out our Customer Success team and seeking 1-2 experienced CSMs to join us.What You'll DoYou will drive customer success by ensuring adoption, engagement, and retention. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you'll help build scalable CS processes while delivering top-tier support and project management.Key ResponsibilitiesManage kick off meetings and onboarding, ensuring smooth adoption.Engage customers, address needs, and drive value.Monitor usage, feedback and proactively resolve issues.Identify expansion opportunities (upsell / cross-sell).Collaborate with product & engineering teams to relay feedback.Help establish the foundation of the CS function.RequirementsExperience in B2B SaaS CS (start-ups & enterprise preferred).Strong organisational & communication skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to collaborate across time zones (Europe-US based, with occasional Australia calls).Chemistry or Chemical Sector background is a plus, not required.Fully remote – must be based in Europe.
