Our store structure includes the following three coach functions:
Commercial
1. Leading a team that efficiently receives products and conducts accurate inventories.
2. Ensuring all inventory processes run smoothly to keep the sales floor stocked and well-presented.
3. Working with department leaders to oversee individual components while managing the overall store experience.
4. Preparing for monthly launch initiatives.
5. Using our reporting tools to make informed business decisions.
6. Conducting accurate inventories to fulfill digital orders.
Experience of Athletes
1. Ensuring the team has the tools to deliver top-quality athlete experiences.
2. Leading NIKE Community Ambassador activities to strengthen the team.
3. Overseeing the hiring and onboarding process in collaboration with experienced store leaders.
4. Managing store schedules.
5. Collaborating with the store team to implement and maintain a positive NIKE culture.
Customer Experience
1. Setting an example of how to provide service on the sales floor and enhance customer experiences.
2. Ensuring resources for the team to have brand knowledge regarding all aspects of customer service.
