Your day to day
* Assist customers through different contact channels (telephone, mail, chat...), helping them with their needs.
* Report and classify customer questions.
* Suggest improvements in our app, website and copies, in line with learnings obtained through helping customers.
Who are you?
* You are passionate about pets ❤️.
* Excellent level of Italian and good level of English are required. Spanish and/or Portuguese would be a plus.
* You have previous experience supporting or dealing with clients, and you have shown to yourself how empathetic you are with others.
* You are a proactive, curious and happy professional who wants to learn and share with the team. You are a team player, humble and with high ethical standards.
* You are well organized and seek efficiency.
