Responsible for engaging with prospects and customers in solution pre-sales, design, and follow through to implementation. Define and agree on best in class insight solutions for Equifax customers, with a range of products across risk management, marketing, fraud and other business areas. Lead the preparation of professional presentations / materials to sustain a robust pipeline for new prospects and work with various sales channels to offer our solutions.
What you’ll do
* Direct experience in solutions for the credit life cycle from pre-sale to post-sale.
* Respond to client needs, proposal preparation, RFP/RFI leadership.
* Listen and understand the needs of clients. Practice active listening by identifying opportunities based on use cases for Equifax products such as data, scores, analytical models, etc.
* Design solution proposals considering the client's requirements, highlighting Equifax products and services based on data and analytics for marketing, acquisition, portfolio management, collections and fraud process.
* Interact with clients on a day-to-day basis and manage a number of key strategic accounts from a value solutions perspective. Contributing to the growth of the Iberia region.
* Act as a technical communication link between clients and the areas involved in the development of solutions to meet client requirements and delivery times.
* Orchestrate, track, monitor and ensure effective performance of Equifax solutions, ensuring the achievement of revenue and margin objectives.
* Drive overall market understanding and identify customer needs through analysis of market and industry research.
* Cooperate in the creation and innovation of value-added products that generate incremental revenue for Equifax.
* Monitor the adoption and use of solutions and collect customer feedback, helping the product team define the elements necessary to meet market needs.
What experience you need
* 5+ years experience in Pre sales/Consulting.
* Previous experience in bank entities or financial institutions.
* Understanding of key business and risk KPIs for financial entities and risk products based on bureau.
* Ability to communicate and interact with other people, customer service, initiative, organization and planning, versatility and results orientation.
* Education:
o Degree: Bs in Economics, Engineer, Mathematics or similar.
o Languages: Intermediate English oral and written communication skills.
o IT: Management of Google Suite package.

* Knowledge of (some/all): Decision Engines, Fraud & ID, Commercial Bureau, Open Banking, Market Intelligence / Benchmarking.
* Knowledge of the industry: Understanding of the market, competitors, and trends relevant to Equifax's products.
