Purpose
Looking for a Project Manager in Process Management!
Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Project Manager for MBM Process Management. Responsible for project delivery in budget, time, and quality.
2. Responsible for overall project coordination.
3. Setup project organization, plan, and budget.
4. Responsible for the project budget, monitoring, and deviation analysis.
5. Responsible for setting up and tracking the project plan (tasks, dependencies, timing, resources).
6. Resource allocation and task assignment.
7. Track actions and issues in the project.
8. Risk management: identification, analysis, planning, and monitoring.
9. Change management as well as expectation and escalation management.
10. Ensure consistency across different projects in case of dependencies.
11. Responsible for project communication.
12. Participate in Quality gates. Responsible to provide all relevant information for the quality checklist.
13. Report to Steering Committees and other stakeholders.
14. Liaison between MBGSM and the client.
15. Prepare invoicing reports.
16. Support planning of resources and budget.
17. SAP knowledge in FI and desirable FICA module.
18. Business knowledge to support process management team.
Qualifications
Experience & Education
1. English: Advanced level; German: desirable.
2. Experience in Transition Projects.
3. Experience in Project management activities.
4. Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a diverse workload and priorities.
5. Excellent MS Office skills, including Microsoft Project and Excel.
6. PMI certification (not mandatory).
