SEEKING: M365 office specialist
JOB PURPOSE
As M365 office specialist, you will be responsible of making the most of our M365 tools.
You will constantly analyse and improve the way the digital workplace teams is providing services to final users.
Your role will involve setting processes between the different digital workplace area (Identity,Tenant admin, workstation management, ITSM, Printing) as well as identify improvementsto maximize value brought to our employees, optimizing costs. An advice role is alsorequired on what other M365 solution (such as Copilot) could bring value
KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES
► Process standardization:
● Implement processes between the different digital workplace domains.
● Work on standardization of those processes.
► KPI:
● Define and measure KPI on Digital Workplace scope
● Organize monthly governance to review KPIs
► Process optimization
● Identify for the digital workplace teams what manual tasks are consuming time
● Work on support ticket number decrease by setting new actions (training, communication, documentation)
● Implement automatizations identified
► Documentation: generate, validate and update documentation prepared during the service.
► Pilotage of managed services: organize and manage the L1, L2 and L3 support team to optimize ticket resolution.
► Act as a consulting advisor on how the usage of current and other M365 tools (like Copilot)
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
■ English is the program language (oral & written), Spanish is a plus.
■ Strong experience with SOTI MobiControl or similar mobile device management platforms.
■ Knowledge of configuring and managing 3D workstations and performance optimization for graphic-intensive applications.

■ Experience in similar projects to implement new processes in Digital workplace environment
■ Strong capabilities to identity optimization and implement them
■ Skills in project management
■ Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with user access and authentication issues.
■ Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high security standards.
■ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with both technical and non-technical users.
■ Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple support tasks simultaneously.
■ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
■ Remote work policy: 3 days on site/ 2 days remote
WE OFFER:
· Full-time Freelance contract
· Rate: €240/€260 per day + VAT (According to proven experience)
· Long Term Project. Recurrence in Projects
· Location: Alcobendas (Madrid) - Hybrid: 3/4 days a week in person in the office
· Desired start date: ASAP
