We are seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and win new business in a complex consulting environment, leveraging superb interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships within new and existing clients within the Microsoft ecosystem. Key responsibilities include identifying high-potential transformation deals, leading and running sales cycles, driving new revenue through prospecting and acquiring new business, and building a pipeline for growth and closing business. The ideal candidate will have experience selling across multiple solution areas, preferably enterprise-scale consulting engagements within the resources industry. They will also have experience with Microsoft and other partners to grow their book of business, as well as success as a business development hunter with sophisticated closure capabilities.
