WE ARE LOOKING FOR...
A customer support consultant who, together with a team of professionals, is the expert that countless police and security organizations can rely on. With your knowledge of our solutions, you help and advise the customer daily to get the most out of our systems and solve problems they experience.
You do not solve this by asking if they have already restarted the system; you need good analytical skills to find out where the problem lies. Of course, it can happen that the puzzle becomes too complex for you! You consult internally with Engineering Consultants and Developers to determine how to solve this issue. In the meantime, you ensure that the customer is informed of the status to prevent confusion. In addition to focusing on troubleshooting various problems that customers encounter both functionally and technically, you proactively advise our customers.
You are better than anyone else aware of what is going on in the organization; when will a software release be released and which common bugs occur that prevent our software from being used optimally. You proactively translate this information to the customers so that they are fully informed of all matters that are currently going on. Every day, your goal is to have satisfied customers. It is possible that you also have to perform the work on-site at our customers in Northern and Western Europe.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
* A technical education is necessary to master the work as quickly as possible;
* You have knowledge of Windows environments and preferably also of Linux environments;
* You have knowledge of network equipment;
* You have experience with SQL Database configuration and management;
* You have heard of NoSQL database configuration and management, for example, Elasticsearch and enjoy learning more about it.
* Excellent communication skills to support our customers as best as possible;
* Switching quickly is no problem for you;
* Good command of the German, English and possibly the Dutch language in word and writing.
* Living in Spain and in possession of a NIE number.
* Willing to travel within Europe if necessary;
* Flexibility & willingness to work on other products than ZiuZ.
