Overview:
As the Product Marketing Director for TransPerfect Media, you will lead strategic product marketing efforts to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue across our media localization and technology solutions. You will define positioning and go-to-market strategies, align internal teams around unified messaging, and create compelling campaigns that support growth in the global media, entertainment, and streaming industries.
This role is equal parts strategist and executor—with a focus on generating qualified pipeline through full-funnel campaigns, building audience engagement, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders to support long-term marketing program success.
Responsibilities:
* Own go-to-market strategy and execution for TransPerfect Media’s product suite—including dubbing, subtitling, accessibility, AI-driven localization, metadata enrichment, and production workflow solutions.
* Lead market research and competitive analysis to define buyer personas, use cases, value propositions, and positioning.
* Build and execute full-funnel campaigns in collaboration with digital marketing and performance teams—targeting awareness, lead generation, nurturing, and SQL conversion.
* Partner with demand generation to define lead targets and ensure marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and sales-qualified leads (SQLs) are generated at scale and tied to measurable ROI.
* Create and maintain a robust library of sales enablement materials, including solution briefs, pitch decks, case studies, demo videos, product fact sheets, ROI calculators, and landing pages.
* Engage closely with sales leadership to understand deal cycles and tailor marketing programs that accelerate pipeline progression.
* Cultivate stakeholder relationships across media production, sales, product, and client success to ensure alignment and active investment in marketing priorities.
* Establish audience engagement programs (office hours, content councils, webinars, Q&As, feedback loops, etc.) that both strengthen relationships and surface opportunities for content creation and social amplification.
* Drive internal buy-in for campaign ideas, themes, and resource requirements—ensuring that subject matter experts and client-facing teams feel ownership and see value in marketing initiatives.
* Champion customer storytelling, overseeing the collection and promotion of high-impact case studies, testimonials, and media thought leadership.
* Work with PR and external communications to ensure high-visibility moments (partnerships, product launches, client wins) are amplified via owned, earned, and paid channels.
* Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to leadership—contributing insights that influence product roadmaps, market expansion, and strategic planning.
* Define KPIs, track performance, and continuously optimize campaigns and assets based on conversion, influence, and SQL performance metrics.
Requirements:
* 5–10 years of experience in product marketing with direct experience in media, entertainment, or localization technology.
* Proven experience designing and executing full-funnel campaigns tied to SQL and revenue goals.
* Deep understanding of media workflows, content supply chains, and streaming or broadcast ecosystems.
* Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills—able to influence cross-functional stakeholders and get buy-in at all levels.
* Excellent storytelling, writing, and content planning capabilities.
* Strong knowledge of marketing technology, CRM systems, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.
* Self-starter with a strategic mindset, creative instincts, and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
