Job Description
As a Senior Digital Account Manager, you will be reporting to have to apply a good knowledge in digital strategy and 360 digital communication to deliver highest quality strategic and creative output for the client.
What we look for:
1. Having good & holistic knowledge in digital disciplines to deliver quality strategic and creative digital output to Client.
2. Having experience and understanding Social, SEO, performance paid media (SEM, Social & Programmatic) as well as CRM disciplines is a must.
3. The candidate must understand and have experience working on SEA, Social paid and programmatic plans, being able to justifying media plans presented to client and discuss feedbacks with them. Also good understanding of lead generation campaigns and budget optimization.
4. The person choosen will be the lead role for digital in our team. It will be important to establish an effective relationship with clients, understanding their needs and digital KPIs in order to have effective dialogue with them. proving strategic input across all of digital journey and give response, with the supoort of practice specialists, to any digital client request.
5. Being able to elaborate a sound strategy based on clients KPIs and objectives, with the help of our area experts.
6. Although supported by your client lead, you must show leadership in the development of presentations (eg, organizing flow of the information, making strategic rationasls, etc ) for presenting digital global, and tactical campaign strategies.
7. Building productive and collaborative working relationships with internal teams and partners.
8. Being key point of reference for knowledge on the client/brand for the rest of her teams. Training in Client guidelines and tools will be provided.
9. Preparing and organizing client progress meetings and presentations.
10. Preparing social calendars and creative briefs.
11. Uploading social content in shared drive for Client’s approval
12. Preparing digital briefs (social, CRM, display) and coordinate feedbacks & approvals with Client
13. Familiar with FIGMA app and Teams planner tools for the coordination of creative approvals with client (use of figma), HTML production or Mailchimp deliveries (use of planner for organized requests)
14. Coordinating & understanding monthly performance reports for client and have a critical eye on them. Important to have analysis capacity and being familiar with tools as Google analytics, search console, etc
15. Also in charge of invoices and PO deliveries.
What we are looking for:
16. University degree related to Digital, Marketing, Advertising or Economics, or 5-7 years of experience managing clients on 360 digital campaigns.
17. Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible and proactive.
18. Steadfastly pushes self and others for results.
19. Open to new ideas and change.
