We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to support our growing team by managing benefits, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR systems across the EMEA region, with a strong focus on Iberia (Spain & Portugal).
This role will be key in ensuring smooth HR operations, full compliance with local labor laws, and an outstanding employee experience.
Responsibilities
HR Compliance & Documentation
* Support the HRBP EMEA to ensure the full compliance with local labor laws, workplace safety, and critical topics such as Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE).
* Manage and regularly update employment contracts, amendments, and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
* Prepare and communicate all required HR documents to minimize company risk.
Benefits & HR Systems
* Be the main HR point of contact for Iberia (Spain & Portugal), ensuring compliance with local employment laws.
* Communicate and coordinate the benefits program to enhance employee satisfaction and competitiveness.
* Own the SuccessFactors HR system, ensuring smooth implementation, usage, and continuous improvements.
* Collaborate closely with HQ in China, aligning HR processes and systems for regional consistency.
HR Operations & Process Improvement
* Implement processes to structure and strengthen HR operations, ensuring efficiency and clarity.
* Support the HRBP EMEA to analyze and improve HR processes, identifying opportunities for optimization.
* Ensure HR workflows are well-documented, transparent, and easy to follow for employees and managers.
* Manage HR invoices, ensuring timely processing and payment of all invoices related to the HR department.
Recruitment & Employee LifeCycle
* Support and coordinate the Talent Acquisition
* Lead the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all new hires, ensuring seamless transitions at every stage of the employee lifecycle.
* Provide clear explanation on HR policies, benefits, and processes to employees.
* Implement structured HR processes that employees can easily understand and follow.
Collaboration & Reporting
* Work closely with the HRBP EMEA, providing ongoing support in HR operations.
* Provide weekly HR reports to the HRBP EMEA, summarizing key data, challenges, and updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 8-10 years of HR experience in payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR operations.
* Strong knowledge of HR policies and labor laws in Spain & Portugal; experience with other EMEA countries is a plus.
* Experience with SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems, with the ability to lead implementation and improvements.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Language Skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish;
Proficiency in an additional European language (French, German, Italian, or Portuguese) is a strong advantage
