Samy Alliance is looking for an Advertising Creative Supervisor with a strong copywriting background and digital-first mindset to lead and develop high-impact creative concepts. This role involves overseeing digital campaigns, mentoring junior creatives, and working on global projects for major brands across markets such as Mexico, the US, and Europe.

* Creative Leadership: Lead concept development from ideation to execution, ensuring strategic alignment with brand goals.
* Copywriting & Digital Campaigns: Craft and oversee compelling digital-first campaigns, particularly for social media and influencer-driven activations.
* Client Engagement: Present and defend creative ideas directly to clients, ensuring alignment and strategic impact.
* Project Oversight: Manage timelines and workflows to deliver high-quality creative outputs on schedule.
* Trend & Culture Insights: Stay ahead of social media trends, pop culture, and digital advertising innovations to elevate creative strategies.
* Digital Campaign management is KEY! From creative ideation to actual management.
Minimum Requirements
* 6+ years in creative roles.
* Proven experience in digital campaigns and Digital Advertising is a must.
* Strong copywriting and conceptualization skills with a compelling portfolio of digital-first work.
* Fluency in English and Spanish (essential for global collaboration).
* Ability to translate trends and insights into disruptive creative ideas.
* Strong presentation and client management skills.
* Creative experience from an agency setting, and deep understanding of digital campaigns and creative ideation overall.
* A strong creative drive and a great portfolio to prove it.
