Our Exciting Opportunity:
Our organization is looking for Engineers working in global customer support (GS) and technical coordination for the 4G and 5G Unified Data Management (UDM) and Policy product area.
We are seeking people that are service minded, with good technical skills, as well as soft skills, to cooperate and negotiate with multiple partners.
You need to be accountable, self-driven and always keep the customer’s interest in mind.
Global Support main responsibilities are customer support, product deployment and 5G demos, POCs and early customers.
You will:
1. Get experience and competence working with 4G and 5G core network products, especially in Data Management, Data Storage and Policy areas.
2. Participate together with other team members and solve Customer Service Requests (CSRs) from global customers and support early product deployments.
3. Our team performs troubleshooting in real customer networks and labs.
4. Develop yourself interacting with our interfaces in the region, PDU and Product Line.
5. Have the opportunity to participate in emergency/escalation support handling.
To be successful in the role you must have:
1. University degree or equivalent competence in any of the following areas: Computer Science, Telecommunication, Telematics, Information Technology or Electrical Engineering.
2. Customer focus mindset.
3. Availability for on-call work schedule (less than once per month).
4. Oral and written English skills.
