Senior IT Consultant - Success Factors HR Employee Central

Application developer HR. Manage HR applications on SF in response to specific requests, provide technical support to our business in analyzing customer requirements and developing SF HR solutions.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for Success Factors - Employee Central implementation inside organization.
2. Manage the HR applications around SuccessFactors with the responsibility of change, test, release and lifecycle management.
3. Support our business in analyzing customer requirements and developing SuccessFactors HR solutions.
4. Maintain, optimize and develop our SuccessFactors solutions further.
5. Create function descriptions for the development and customize settings by yourself, as a part of projects.
6. Prepare, plan, develop and realize adjustments and projects in the global SuccessFactors environment.
7. Take over management tasks in subproject and project management of global and regional HR IT projects.
8. Manage ongoing relationships with customers to drive satisfaction with our HR applications.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree / Technical Education in IT business administration, business informatics or comparable education.
2. Senior experience of 3 to 5 years as IT consultant for HR apps, managing SuccessFactors (deep experience in SF).
3. Experience in SF implementation projects and support in SuccessFactors solutions.
4. Advanced English and experience in a multicultural environment.
5. Good knowledge and experience in the implementation of SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central & ideally Compensation or Talent modules).
6. Independent, committed and pro-active working style, good teamwork, communication skills, high customer and service orientation.
