Tasks and Qualifications:

6. Assist management in its daily accounting and financial responsibilities
7. Maintain general accounting and be the contact person for the shared service center on the accounting/finance side
8. Carry out a monthly review of accounts (balance sheet / charges) and carry out consistency analyzes
9. Prepare current tax declarations (VAT, Income Tax, etc.)
10. To be familiar with the AEAT mail box
11. Support monthly closing tasks-Prepare weekly documentation to be treated in the bank
12. Support Shared Service Center with reporting packages, balance sheet and accounting annexes
13. Actively participate in the implementation of a new accounting and management tool
14. Understand and study the financial and accounting processes of the new tool
15. Test processes, report and participate in problem resolution
16. Participation in data migration management in collaboration with other financial services
17. Monitor customer collections in collaboration with the shared service and management
18. Participate in internal and external audits
19. Ensure the proper application of existing rules and procedures
Qualifications:
20. Experience: minimum from 5 to 10 years in general accounting
21. Qualification: Masters Degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
22. Broad knowledge of IFRS, PGC accounting standards
23. Deep knowledge of SAP and MS Excel
24. Proficiency in Business English
25. Proactive, autonomous and team player
26. Detail-minded accounting
27. Excellent analytical skills
28. Desirable: experience in a consulting/audit firm
