The role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic account manager of extensive experience in channel building and understanding of how to establish cooperation models with partners such as system integrators (SIS) and independent software developers (ISVs). The role should be familiar with major customers' purchasing processes in EU. and be able to establish stable cooperative relationships with major KAs in european Countries.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Sales Strategies
Formulate and implement regional sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase the market share of TCL commercial display products in the local market.
Customer Management and Development
Manage and develop key commercial display clients, establish and maintain strong customer relationships, and create benchmark cases.
Channel Development
Collaborate with the team to build and manage the regional sales channel network, and develop clients such as System Integrators (SI) and Independent Software Vendors (ISV).
Marketing Campaign Planning
Plan and execute marketing promotion activities to generate potential leads and drive regional sales performance.
Market Analysis and Competitive Monitoring
Collect and analyze market information, and monitor the activities and strategies of competitors within the region.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Over 10 years of sales experience in the commercial display industry, including at least 3 years of sales team management experience.
Customer Management Skills
Proven experience in successfully developing and managing key accounts.
Familiarity with the procurement processes and decision-making mechanisms of major clients.

Excellent market analysis and judgment abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Service Orientation
Strong customer service mindset, proactive attitude, and the ability to effectively resolve customer issues.

Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with sales or sales management experience from the commercial display departments of Samsung, LG, Philips, or Sharp/NEC in Europe are highly preferred.
