Your key focus will be on identifying and qualifying leads, leveraging advanced sales tools, and facilitating smooth collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Outbound and Inbound Prospecting : Identify, qualify, and nurture leads based on BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timing) criteria.
* Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and offer strategic solutions.
* CRM Optimization : Use advanced CRM tools to track lead generation, monitor outreach activities, and update client data.
* Collaboration : Align efforts with Sales Account Managers (SAMs), Field Sales Representatives (FSRs), and Marketing Teams to develop and refine outreach strategies.
* Market Understanding : Conduct research to understand market trends, client industries, and business models to create targeted campaigns.
Qualifications
We're looking for passionate, proactive, and results-driven individuals who possess the following:
* Language Skills :
o Fluency in German (Native-level or C2).
o Intermediate English proficiency (B2 or higher).
* Professional Experience :
o Minimum 2 years of enterprise-level sales experience, preferably in lead generation or outbound sales.
o Experience using industry-leading CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
* Sales Expertise :
o Strong understanding of solution selling and the ability to qualify prospects according to specific business needs.
o Proven track record in managing customer relationships and closing opportunities.
* Collaborative Mindset : Ability to work with diverse teams and align processes to achieve shared goals.
* Soft Skills : Great communication, problem-solving abilities, time management, and adaptability in dynamic environments.

Working Conditions:
* Contract Type : Full-time (39 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 09:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
* Hybrid Setup : Primarily on-site with potential flexibility in the future.
