The Finance Transformation Team is responsible for reimagining and reshaping how a company's finance function operates to become more agile, efficient, and strategically aligned with the business.
As a Finance Transformation Lead, you will be a strategic thinker, a change champion, a technology enthusiast, and a collaborative leader, driving the finance function towards a more agile, efficient, and future-proof state. You will be reporting to the Finance Transformation Manager.
Key Activities and Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with senior management to define the overall vision, objectives, and scope of the finance transformation program.
2. Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
3. Orchestrate change management and continuous improvement actions and undertake training sessions if needed.
4. Be the guardian of Simplicity: set the tone on ways of working, interacting, and influencing within finance teams.
5. Finance Data champion: Identify and monitor data needs and be part of the local data champions community.
6. Ensure alignment between P2P/R2R vision and Country.
7. Follow up on incidents and raise demands in coordination with the Zone team.
8. Guarantee finance upskilling through workshops, training, and playbook.
9. Drive and communicate Vision 2030 together with the Finance transformation and CFO to the country finance teams through meetings, finance events, or training.
10. Animate a network of Champions/Key Users within the finance community to lead change in the country.
Requirements and Skills:
1. At least 5 years of experience in finance.
2. Leadership, communication, and relationship skills.
3. Good analytical and influencing skills.
4. Good knowledge of NEO.
5. Good organizational and project management skills: accustomed to working, meeting, and enforcing deadlines.
6. English Level (C1).
