Your Role
This is a full-time on-site Account Manager role based in Barcelona. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients in one of these countries: Poland, Spain, Croatia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Norway, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, and Sweden. Daily tasks include:
* Develop and Manage Customer Relationships: Identify, onboard, and support new and existing clients to drive business growth.
* Expand Market Presence: Proactively reach potential customers through cold calling and other cretive strategies.
* Customer Engagement: Travel to meet clients, understand their needs, and strengthen partnerships.
* Sales & Negotiation: Anticipate customer needs, recommend solutions, and negotiate favorable deals.
* Operational Support: Ensure timely payments, resolve challenges, and collaborate with internal teams for smooth customer experiences.
What We Need
* Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Target Market, through residence or detailed cultural knowledge.
* Languages: Proficient in English (our company's working language) and Native or Bilingual level in the language of the market you are applying for.
* Location: Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate to Barcelona within six months.
* Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Experience in the flower industry is valued but not mandatory.
* Key Skills: Excellent communication, tech-savviness, and strong attention to detail.
