Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and follow up on leads.
* Maintain and expand the portfolio of clients and investors, providing personalized and quality advice.
* Coordinate visits and advice on real estate developments with potential buyers or collaborators.
Requirements and Skills:
* Previous experience in the real estate sector.
* Self-management and organizational skills.
* Fluency in English, Spanish, or other language.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and digital skills for customer management, lead tracking, and activity reports.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer orientation skills.
* Ability to analyze the local market, detect business opportunities, and offer creative solutions.
* Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and multicultural environment.
