We are seeking a highly motivated Partnerships Sales Manager to drive business growth through strategic partnerships in the real estate development sector. Our client is a leading provider of flexible workspace solutions, with a global network of over 4,000 locations across 120 countries.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in selling and developing business partnerships at local and regional levels, increasing system revenue by identifying, contacting, and pitching prospective partners. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering new partner locations and increasing revenue by 5 million+ per annum.
* Generating awareness and visibility of the partnership proposition through B2B connections.
* Identifying and contacting potential partners via networking, canvassing, and cold-calling activities.
* Sourcing partners capable of delivering rapid growth through building conversion or securing new buildings.
* Selling partnership solutions and converting interest into commercial negotiations.
* Converting commercial discussions into signed contracts.
Requirements:
* Sales and/or B2B business development experience in a fast-growing business.
* A self-starter with a focus on delivering results.
* Proven ability to find and convert deals quickly.
* Demonstrable track record of sourcing multiple deals (250k+ investment).
* Excellent communication skills and presentation abilities.
* Able to work under pressure and think independently.
* Strong business acumen to inspire confidence in the selling process.
