Sales Executive and Manager of Bioprocess Equipment

La responsabilidad del Área Sales Manager será el desarrollar el negocio en mercados europeos mediante la gestión de las ventas directas a clientes o apoyando a nuestra red de distribuidores.
El puesto es plenamente remoto, aunque por supuesto podría ser híbrido, con algo de teletrabajo y presencial en nuestra sede de Fuente Álamo Murcia (España).
Estará integrado en el área de Marketing y Ventas, donde recibirá soporte de los responsables de producto, especialistas de proceso y marketing. Dado el potencial de crecimiento de la empresa y del equipo podría tener personal a su cargo en el medio plazo.
Idealmente el candidato disfrutará construyendo métodos y procedimientos para la mejora continua (Kaizen); con el objetivo de alcanzar la excelencia y poder escalar el conocimiento generado.
Key Responsibilities:
1. As sales executive (in countries with direct responsibility):
* Identifying new customers (prospecting) in the markets of responsibility.
* Converting leads into sales by resolving client concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process.
* Develop and nurturing strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
* Deliver compelling product and service presentations to showcase their value and address client questions head-on.
* Collaborate with cross functional teams including technical, quality, support, product management, supply chain, and marketing team members, to address customer needs.
* Organization and coordination of internal resources to meet customer expectations.
* Track sales goals (reporting on performance against targets/KPIs) and provide quarterly reports.
* Ensure all sales activities under the markets of responsibility are well documented in CRM systems.
1. As sales manager:
* Building and managing compelling comprehensive sales plans that map out a clear route to hitting the goals and targets in markets with direct or supervisory responsibilities.
* Contribute to the definition of the “gold standard” sales process, across segmentation.
* Identifying key accounts and taking ownership of these or delegating to somebody else in the team.
* Ensuring all sales activities under the markets of responsibility are well documented in CRM systems.
* Owning the leading, development & motivation of distributors across X given markets.
* Present to the M&S team strategic insights seeking out scientific collaborations.
Location & Travel:
This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from any location with a stable internet connection and within commutable distance of a major airport. The role also involves frequent travel, approximately 65% of the time to client meetings, Bionet´s sites visits, conferences, etc.
