Job Description:
1. Support in coordination, planning and deployment of the training plan.
2. Training management tools updating and training documentation management in the area.
3. HR internal communication support on training and development topics.
4. Support in the development of presentations, information, indicators and reports.
5. Support in updating HR department databases.
6. Support in the management of internships and scholarships (verification of agreements, documentation, etc.).
7. Cooperation with Finance Dept. on HR topics.
8. Support to HR department staff in filing documentation, receiving calls, employee support, and preparation of documentation.
