As our Partnership & Ecosystem Manager, you will play a key role in expanding and nurturing relationships with corporates, startups, investors, and industry stakeholders. You will develop strategic partnerships, create engagement opportunities, and foster collaboration within the AgrifoodTech ecosystem. Working alongside a dynamic team and global partners, you will help position Eatable Adventures as a leading force in food innovation.

Tasks
* Ecosystem Development & Expansion : Build and strengthen relationships with startups, investors, corporate partners, tech centers, industry organizations, and institutions within the AgrifoodTech sector, identifying new opportunities for collaboration and growth.
* Corporate Partnerships & Business Development : Proactively identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with corporations, ensuring alignment with innovation and business goals while uncovering new avenues for engagement.
* Startup & Innovator Engagement : Scout, connect, and support high-potential startups by facilitating access to resources, mentorship, and business opportunities that drive industry transformation.
* Opportunity Identification & Strategic Growth : Continuously assess market trends, emerging technologies, and industry gaps to identify new initiatives, partnerships, and innovation programs that create value for the ecosystem.
* Event & Community Building : Organize and manage networking events, roundtables, demo days, and industry forums to foster engagement, knowledge exchange, and new partnership opportunities.
* Strategic Alliances & Cross-Sector Collaborations : Develop joint initiatives with accelerators, incubators, universities, government entities, and industry leaders to drive innovation and business growth.
* Program Development & Execution : Support the design and execution of innovation and acceleration programs, ensuring the right partners and stakeholders are involved for maximum impact.
* Thought Leadership & Industry Representation : Represent Eatable Adventures at key industry events, conferences, and panels, positioning the company as a leader in food innovation and fostering new business opportunities.
* Market Research & Competitive Insights : Monitor industry trends, analyze competitor activity, and identify potential gaps or new business opportunities within the AgrifoodTech landscape.
* Communication & Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for ecosystem stakeholders, ensuring strong, long-term partnerships and driving ongoing engagement.
* Metrics & Impact Analysis : Track and measure partnership success, ecosystem engagement, and innovation program outcomes, using insights to optimize future opportunities.
Requirements
* Experience & Background : 3-5 years of experience in ecosystem development, corporate partnerships, business development, or innovation management, preferably in startups, food innovation, tech, or venture ecosystems.
* Strategic Partnership Skills : Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with corporates, startups, investors, and other key stakeholders.
* Ecosystem & Community Building : Strong network within the innovation, entrepreneurship, and AgrifoodTech sectors, with a passion for fostering collaboration and engagement.
* Opportunity Identification & Business Growth : Ability to analyze market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and develop initiatives that drive strategic growth.
* Event & Program Management : Experience organizing industry events, roundtables, and accelerator programs, ensuring impactful engagement and execution.
* Communication & Relationship Management : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across different industries.
* Entrepreneurial & Proactive Mindset : Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, capable of taking initiative and driving results independently.
* Market Research & Industry Insights : Strong analytical skills to assess trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging innovations in AgrifoodTech.
* Project Management & Multitasking : Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
* Tech & Tools : Proficiency with CRM systems, event management platforms, and digital collaboration tools. Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, email marketing, or basic design software) is a plus. Languages : Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Italian is a plus
