We continue to expand our network with the incorporation of a Brand Manager. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies aligned with the identity and positioning of our brands in Spain and Portugal.
Responsibilities:
1. Brand Management: Development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with the brand identity and values in retail, online, and distribution channels.
2. Marketing Calendar Coordination: Planning and monitoring of caigns, product launches, and key events in the 3 channels.
3. Trade Marketing Activations: Implementation of strategies at the point of sale to strengthen brand presence and boost conversion.
4. POSM Management: Logistics and follow up.
5. Communication and PR Strategies: Coordination with the PR department to plan actions with influencers and digital strategies under the supervision of the head of the department.
6. Market, Sales, and Competition Analysis: Monitoring of trends and brand performance in different sales channels: retail, online, and distribution.
7. Reporting: Measurement of the impact of the caigns developed and monthly reporting to the brands: analysis and monitoring of the KPI''s of the main activations carried out in the different channels.
8. Budget Management: Optimisation of resources to maximise the impact of marketing actions. Follow up of A&P and expense justifications.
Required Profile:
1. Experience of at least 2 years in marketing and management of luxury brands, especially in perfumery.
2. Planning and organisational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Knowledge of trade marketing and experience in point of sale activations.
4. Analytical ability to evaluate the impact of the strategies implemented.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Focused on results. Good communicator.
7. Willingness to travel.
8. Language skills: English (work will be carried out in this language). French is desirable, as most of the brands are French.
9. Tools:
