WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The Cyber Service Manager for Europe and Global Entities would be responsible for supervising the final cyber-service(s) provided to the entities by managing service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring these cyber services meet the clients needs guaranteeing a high level of response time and proper problem resolutions and anticipating service associate needs.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts
* Coordinate and manage relationship with Europe and Global Entities CISOs.
* Measure and analyze work performances proposes improvements to processes including customer service interaction (complaints and requests) and develops problem management and service improvement plans.
* He/she will oversee ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with all the Groups Entities
* Effectively manage the team and deliverables.
* Periodic reports of relevant Cyber topics to executive committees
* Collaborate closely with other areas to ensure alignment to meet strategic goals
EXPERIENCE
* At least 2-3 years in similar responsibilities
* knowledge and understanding of the Cyber Security fundamentals
* Management experience as well as interpersonal skills with business-oriented vision
EDUCATION
Degree such in computer science engineering or similar (Technical Education)
SKILLS KNOWLEDGE
* Global vision of Cybersecurity and IT Risk Management
* High level/ Proficient in oral and written English. Most of the conversations with customers and banks are in English
* Other languages are highly rated (Polish Portuguese)
* Medium/Advanced level in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint O365)
* Strong negotiating conflict resolution influencing and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to synthesize data and information and present it concisely according to the audience.
* To build and maintain strong relationships with CISO Teams and acting as cyber subject matter experts and single point of contact for cybersecurity issues and initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills interpersonal and collaborative skills and the ability to communicate information security and risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
