Job Offer: Responsable de NPI / NPI Manager Location: Linares, Spain Department: Engineering / New Product Introduction (NPI) Position type: Full-time About the RoleDesay SV, a leading Chinese multinational in automotive electronics, is launching its first manufacturing plant in Spain. We are looking for a committed and experienced Responsable de NPI / NPI Manager to join this exciting project and take part in building our local operations from the ground up.As NPI Manager, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, lead new product and process introductions, implement advanced manufacturing technologies, and ensure alignment with quality, cost, and project milestones. Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate the achievement of group objectives within the NPI team.Coordinate and communicate the progress of internal and external projects.Promote and implement new production concepts and technologies.Establish and improve systems focused on quality, efficiency, and health & safety.Drive the application of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.Monitor process development costs and identify areas for optimization.Provide direct oversight for key projects and manage related risks.Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the team.Train and mentor engineering staff, supporting their technical development. RequirementsBachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or related Engineering fields.Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic product process development.At least 2 years of experience in project management.At least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.Proven experience in multicultural and international environments.Strong knowledge of quality systems such as TS16949, ISO9001, APQP, FMEA, PPAP.Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written). Chinese is a strong plus. Preferred QualificationsExperience in the automotive electronics industry.Familiarity with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.Background in introducing new equipment or production lines.
