The Position
As part of the Clinician Selling Subchapter, you will be responsible for ensuring our products/solutions reach all patients who need them. The mission of the position is to communicate the value and benefits, as well as promote the products to stakeholders in assigned centers to maximize sales within your territory. This involves the self-monitoring and therapy products in the cardiometabolic area, within a global strategy and specific tactical plan designed to achieve sales objectives. You will also be the reference person for clinical and training aspects for our clients in these segments.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Comprehensive knowledge of the product/solution, therapeutic area, market, and competition, as well as their actions within your territory.
* Promote sales in coordination with other functions (KAM areas, Sales Specialists, Marketing, Medical...) related to the assigned products with differentiating messages and technical explanations (providing scientific and technical information to customers) in the assigned centers, with special attention to prescription areas to prevent exits and promote entries.
* Identify key stakeholders, adapt the sales plan to meet their needs, and communicate the detected implications at the level of public tenders to the rest of the Commercial Chapter figures.
* Train healthcare personnel in the use of the products and coordinate the involvement of these professionals with patients.
* Conduct high-quality, prepared, and planned medical visits, applying sales techniques and skills, and adapting messages to each client segment according to their requirements and needs.
* Diagnose, resolve, and follow up on technical problems.
* Timely and correctly complete the established reporting.
* Maintain and enhance Roche's internal and external image by complying with all policies and procedures and acting according to its values.
Who You Are
* Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Health Sciences or Technology related.
* Postgraduate training (MBA or similar) is valuable.
* Knowledge of healthcare policy is a plus.
* Good level of English and Spanish.
* Proficiency in office software at a user level.
* Demonstrated interest in digitization in the healthcare sector.
* Interest and knowledge related to new technologies.
* Key competencies: Change Management; Achievement of results; Influence capacity.
* Experience, minimum 3 years, in commercial areas, preferably in the healthcare field and medical value selling, related to Health Economics.
* National geographic mobility, residence location is preferable in Valencia.
* Experience in key account management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
* Knowledge and/or experience in digitization in the healthcare sector.
