Your mission as our Technical Support Engineer Hero will be to:
1. Resolve incidents raised by clients, including both integration and production issues.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the proper functioning of Softquo products.
3. Utilise the internal tools to escalate issues to the next level.
4. Monitor potential issues using internal tools.
5. Provide accurate and prompt feedback to customers in relation to their raised incidents.
6. Ensure that established SLAs are being met.
7. Escalate issues to other teams.
8. Collaborate on the documentation of all technical knowledge.
Your superpowers:
1. Professional experience in a similar position.
2. High English level.

1. Knowledge in JavaScript and SQL.
2. Knowledge in ticketing tools.
3. Additional languages such as German or French.
