Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Content & Community Specialist to help us strengthen our digital presence and authentically engage with our audience across platforms. You’ll be the voice (and sometimes the face) of Campo Grande in the digital space—building relationships, telling our story, and keeping our content fresh and relevant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage daily with our online community—respond to tags, comments, and DMs with personality and warmth.
* Develop and post engaging content, especially Stories, aligned with our brand voice and visual style. For reels you will have the support of our content manager and editor.
* Incorporate trending topics and challenges creatively into our content strategy.
* Write compelling and brand-aligned copy for social captions and storytelling moments.
* Craft & record voiceovers for social media content—bringing our messaging to life in a relatable and authentic way.
* Ensure a consistent tone and presence across all social media channels that reflects Campo Grande’s values and aesthetic.
You might be a great fit if you:
* Have a knack for storytelling and know how to speak to an audience in a way that feels personal and real.
* Are active on social media (especially Instagram and TikTok) and have a strong grasp of platform trends and features.
* Feels comfortable with recording engaging voice overs.
* Have experience writing for different formats and tones, especially short-form and social-first content.
* Can manage your time well, juggle multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
