Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work, AENOR and Top Employer), is looking for a Lead Prospector who will be responsible for delivering high potential customers to our Sales Development Representative by delivering high quality leads, researched from various digital sources.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospect high quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal Sales Development Representative.
2. Assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools.
3. Conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition.
4. Responsible for delivering a set of leads based on the agreed quarterly target.
Requirements:
1. Spoken and written communication in English and Spanish.
2. Comfortable in a goal-driven environment with a customer focus.
3. Strong digital and sales skills.
4. Previous experience working with sales development tools like Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, etc.
5. Listening and understanding capacity.
6. Empathy (understanding others).
7. Problem solving.
8. Integrity and trust.
9. Conflict management.
10. 38.5 hours/week, from Monday to Friday, afternoon shift from 4 PM to 12 AM.
11. Salary: 18,262€ gross per year.
