Role overview
As a Marketing Program Manager (MPM) you will be responsible for defining, designing and driving the development of effective regional marketing programs in alignment with the regional business strategy to support customer acquisition, funnel growth and revenue generation for Agilent’s pathology business.
Advocate for customers through an intentional customer-first approach and champion brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partners with regional sales leaders to identify regional business priorities and initiatives and develops regional Marketing Program Strategy to support those.
2. Contributes to global Marketing Programs Strategy representing the regional needs and opportunities. Augments regional impact of global marketing campaign by increasing internal awareness and complementing with regional activities where appropriate.
3. Works with the regional Sales channels to monitor & analyze competitive information and customer data to facilitate effective program development and drive activities to drive higher volume and quality of funnel.
4. Serves as point of contact for the regional sales channels for Solution Unit requests and reciprocally provides the field perspective to the Solution Unit.
5. Collaborates with peers to integrate program strategies cross-portfolio to align with customer needs along the buyer’s journey.
6. Works closely with the EMEA Marketing communication specialist team to develop program metrics & effective tactics mix.
7. Measures and evaluates short- and long-term impact and ROI against goals; implements adjustments as required.
8. Accountable for meeting Marketing Program Budget quarterly targets.
9. Ensures campaign related content meets regulatory, medical and legal approvals as required.
10. Responsible for defining channel training requirements linked to program execution.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or master’s in Pathology, Immunology, Genomics or equivalent.
2. Background in Pathology (through education or field experience): 3-5 years’ experience within Pathology / Hematology / Genomics business, preferably with 2 years in sales and / or marketing.
3. Strong knowledge of pathology (through education or field experience) and a good understanding of the clinical market in EMEA.
4. Desirable International business experience in a marketing role in pathology / hematology / genomics.
5. Desirable a strong knowledge on these applications: Flow cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, digital pathology.
6. Effective project management and organizational skills.
7. Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, team player, dynamic, creative with the ability to work on own initiative.
8. Demonstrated skills in teamwork, results-orientation, and strong persistence to reach goals.
9. Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills (English) including the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas to summarize complex issues.
10. Must have a proven ability to plan and execute; to think strategically and translate to tactics that can be implemented to drive customer preference and demand for Agilent’s solutions.
11. Ability to deal with high pressure, visibility, and workload; Willingness to prioritize tasks and make quick decisions.
12. Ability to collaborate equally effectively throughout all hierarchical levels and work across a matrixed and global organization.
13. Ability to influence and persuade across all levels of a global organization.
14. Business related computer skills including knowledge with PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Google Analytics, and various CRM software solutions.
15. Willingness for travel for 25% of the time.

Additional Details
This job has a full-time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
