In this 12 months sales internship, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in areas such as product listing optimization, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service. We are a leading the market committed to innovation and excellence. As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our dynamic sales team. You will also:
1. Assist in identifying and qualifying potential customers. Private label and discounter channel are full of opportunities.
2. Support sales representatives with customer inquiries and follow-ups, Evaluate every sales action in our customers to identify potential improvements.
3. Participate in training sessions to learn about our products and sales techniques. Of course, you also will participate in all customer meetings.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
5. Be part of the production process in PL. From design to final product
6. Analyze data and generate reports to inform decision-making.
7. Work cross functionally with key supporting functions (Local Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance and Sales)
This is a 6+6 months full-time, hybrid internship (2 days per week at the office in Madrid),

8. You graduated (or are about to graduate) from a bachelor’s degree minimum in marketing, sales, or business.
9. Must have a high level in English and Microsoft Office especially in Excel
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
11. High level of accountability and to work as a team.
12. Business orientation – understand of market dynamics, commercial mindset with structured way of working, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
13. Creative & Analytical approach to creation of product content creation, assets, marketing plan & capable to draw insights from market trends.
14. Methodical and structured approach to optimization and problem solving.
