DESCRIPTION
As Global Partner Manager, you will define and implement our strategy to work with Software and Cloud partners AWS, Azure and Google Cloud in all regions where Keepler operates.
The role will cover these responsibilities:
* Setting the partner strategy together with the rest of the areas and creating the annual partner business plans.
* Managing partner level upgrades, achievement of competencies, enrollment in new programs, etc. according to the annual partner business plans.
* Generating awareness in partners so the number of business opportunities generated by the partners increases.
* Gathering and creating contents for partners (presentation, references, documentation, reports, etc).
* Gathering contacts in the partner’s sales organization and putting them in contact with Keepler’s Business Development organization.
* Maintaining the partner processes documented, such as partner funding and partner training.
* Maintaining the information updated in the partner portals.
* Keeping track of the ARR generated and the rest of the KPIs that hyperscalers value, making sure that KPIs are right.
* Increasing the funding possibilities with partners and maximizing the use of those funding opportunities.
* Increasing the number and value of qualified project opportunities received from partners.
Hard KPIs
* Number and value of opportunities in which Keepler is referenced by the hyperscalers.
* Revenue originated by won referenced opportunities.
* Funding available per year.
* Funding used per year.
Soft KPIs
* Good reputation among hyperscalers.
Extensive experience working for, or with Cloud Vendors, Managed Services Providers, Professional Services companies and Management Consulting firms is a must. Large network of contacts in the cloud vendor organizations, especially in the partner and sales areas and in all the regions where Keepler operates.
The ideal candidate has the ability to build effective, multi-level relationships (including C-level). You will collaborate with partners to serve and create value for customers, and align opportunities, programs and benefits. You will be responsible for maintaining and increasing the level of partnership with each cloud vendor and being the first point of contact for our cloud partners.
As a Global Partner Manager, you enjoy teamwork and building bridges. In addition to your interaction with Cloud partners, you will collaborate closely with Keepler sales teams, partner development, marketing and solution architects.

Key job responsibilities
* Define together with the rest of the Keepler circles, the strategy for the partner for each region.
* Define and describe the annual partner plan and other documents related to partner programs and initiatives.
* Identify and establish a contact network within the partner organizations.
* Execute and coordinate activities to generate awareness of Keepler in the partners.
* Increase the number and value of the business opportunities originated by the partners working with sales and technical teams in a highly collaborative operating model to help develop pipeline.
* Help manage and drive joint engagements between Cloud Vendors and Keepler Sales Team.
* Collaborate in the business development strategy definition ensuring it is in line with the cloud vendors strategic direction.
* Understand the technical requirements of partner and work closely with the internal development team to help guide the direction of product offerings.
* Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team.
Basic Qualifications
* 8+ years of technology related partner experience.
* Experience working with Cloud Vendors / Consulting Companies.
* Knowledge of the Cloud vendors organization in the regions where Keepler operates.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Proven ability to deliver results amid ambiguity and change.
* Existing network with Cloud vendors community in the regions where Keepler operates.
