We are seeking an interior designer with experience in commercial spaces and visual merchandising to join our creative retail team. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sense, the ability to conceptualize functional and attractive spaces, and a solid understanding of brand identity applied to interior design. They will also have extensive experience in strategic plans impacting key KPIs.
The position will be hybrid 50% work at the point of sale and 50% work in HQ with a schedule from Monday to Sunday with Thursday and Sunday of rest.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop interior design proposals for stores.
2. Understand and interpret collection inspirations to theme points of sale.
3. Create store floor plans with product layout by furniture and retail space.
4. Ensure the design meets brand guidelines, budget, and established deadlines.
5. Oversee the implementation of projects on-site when necessary. Monitor the impact achieved on key store KPIs and develop concrete action plans.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail space design.
3. Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
4. Knowledge of materials, furnishings, and regulations applicable to commercial spaces.
5. Ability to work in a team, under pressure, and on multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Attention to detail and results-oriented.
7. Experience as a visual merchandiser for streetwear retail.
8. Languages; English: C2
