We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst – SFE Standardization to drive the streamlining, alignment, and optimization of our standard Sales Force Effectiveness processes within Veeva CRM. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring consistent utilization of core SFE functionalities across global markets, enabling operational excellence and maximizing value from Veeva CRM.You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and local market representatives to gather requirements, analyze processes, and drive improvements in line with global SFE standards.Key Responsibilities:1. Business Requirements Gathering & Documentation:Conduct and facilitate workshops with business teams across multiple countries to collect and harmonize business requirements specific to Veeva CRM SFE modules.Translate business needs into clear and detailed user stories, functional specifications, and configuration documentation within Veeva CRM.Maintain comprehensive documentation for Veeva CRM configurations, processes, and enhancements.2. Process Analysis & Optimization:Analyze current SFE business processes within Veeva CRM, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.Define and recommend standardized business processes to be implemented within Veeva CRM across markets.Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, and visual documentation to represent optimized Veeva CRM workflows.3. Data Analysis & Reporting:Analyze Veeva CRM data to extract insights, identify trends, and support business decisions.Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented SFE processes using Veeva CRM data.4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment of requirements.Communicate technical concepts related to Veeva CRM in a simplified manner for non-technical stakeholders.Support testing, validation, and deployment of new or enhanced SFE processes in Veeva CRM.Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Pharma/Life Sciences or CRM implementations.Strong understanding of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) processes and best practices.Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM — configuration knowledge and practical application is highly desirable.Proven experience in business process analysis, documentation, and process re-engineering.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.Proficiency in creating process flows, user stories, functional specs, and data visualizations.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in working on global or multi-market CRM rollouts.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience with reporting and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Veeva reporting capabilities.Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.Strong collaboration and cross-functional engagement skills.Adaptability to work with diverse teams across geographies.
