Manager Engineering & Headhunter: Middle & Top positions
We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join one of our clients specialized in home appliance manufacturing located in Paterna, Valencia.
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, his/her main responsibility will be to support the Operations Director in the following topics:
* Coordinate & manage logistics partners: legal agreements, performance evaluation, benchmarking, including mid-term strategic plans for healthy growth.
* Fulfillment and E2E management: Meet customers’ orders on time and maintain high standards of quality. Develop strategies to increase volumes by customer. Work closely with Sales teams to meet needs and develop strategies to increase volumes.
* Contact with Head Quarter departments to review main KPIs performance and develop action plans.
* Logistics cost: Develop new strategies and actions to improve and maintain logistics costs while achieving the annual budget.
* Team management: Develop high-performance teams while addressing staff needs and professional career development.
* Reporting: Collaborate with Sales / CEOs to develop and implement reporting for business management and trends.
* Innovation: Continuously update new logistics standards & processes to gain competitive advantage.
* Regulations: Ensure compliance with regulations both locally and within the CE.
* Daily business operation: Monitor daily business operations conducted by teams and partners.
Requirements:
* Higher education in engineering or related fields.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a supply chain department, preferably as a manager in the same sector.
* Advanced level of English (B2-C1).
* Advanced level of Excel.
* Preferably knowledgeable in consumer electronics.
