Role Summary
As aSenior Event Project Coordinator, you will collaborate with a high-profile client to organize and oversee large-scale events in the Cloud sector. Key responsibilities include:
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
* Project Planning: Define project scopes, set objectives, engage stakeholders, and ensure feasibility.
* Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
* Resource Management: Secure and allocate necessary resources.
* Scope & Cost Control: Utilize verification techniques to manage any changes in project scope, schedules, and budget.
Additional Responsibilities
* Maintain event project plans and adjust core workstream timelines as needed.
* Act as the primary liaison among multiple stakeholders to keep event milestones on track.
* Update real-time project tracking for stakeholders and prioritize feedback.
* Coordinate with planning, Strategy & Operations, field teams, etc., to manage event staffing, ticketing, and regional summits.
* Draft internal communications and presentations, coordinating with internal teams to distribute updates to relevant audiences.
Qualifications
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in Project Management.
* Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
* Skills: Proficiency in English, strong communication abilities, event planning, and cross-functional team leadership.
* Technical Abilities: General IT proficiency for computer-based tasks.
