This is what you will do:
* Selecting and planning campaigns for various channels, including emails and banners.
* Maintaining daily, intensive communication with advertisers, marketing agencies, and affiliated networks to forge new sales deals.
* Acquiring new advertisers to expand the network.
* Analysing campaign results to optimise future outcomes.
* Identifying new opportunities and strategies to increase the membership base.
* Taking the initiative to connect with potential partners through phone calls, emails, social media, and presentations.
Requirements
* 1+ years of work experience in the affiliate/performance marketing industry in a similar role.
* Creative and innovative thinking with the ability to proactively drive business.
* Business level Spanish and English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
* Excellent verbal communication skills, flexibility, positive attitude, and a passion for deal-closing.
* Eagerness for continuous learning and self-development.
* Based in Barcelona
