The Media Division specializes in understanding the changing media landscape, including TV audience measurement and consumer segmentation. Their global coverage and local expertise allow clients to better understand media audiences and their relationships with brands to optimize investment.
In the Media Division, we are looking for an Administrative profile to join our offices in Sant Cugat, whose role is to ensure the quality, efficiency, and operational continuity of the household panel by resolving incidents, updating data, analyzing and validating information, developing tools and documentation, teamwork, and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
1. Incident Resolution: Resolve incidents and provide effective support to panelists via phone, WhatsApp, email, etc., to ensure the household operates correctly as soon as possible. Analyze and contact households with anomalous behaviors to correct, record changes, incidents, or errors.
2. Data Update and Maintenance: Update panelist information obtained through phone, email, etc. Supervise and record daily breakdowns by updating information provided by field technicians. Maintain the FM sample through various established controls.
3. Data Analysis: Analyze listing results using pivot tables or Power BI to propose changes in work methods and/or the listing itself. Investigate households that have not yielded results and take corrective actions.
4. Tool and Documentation Development: Develop macros and pivot tables in Excel to prepare and work on daily listings. Create and update work manuals to establish team work standards.
5. Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate online and in groups with the team using SharePoint. Participate in internal training for new hires.
6. Continuous Improvement and Adaptation: Adapt controls to changes in the market or panelists to meet productivity, quality, and representativity standards. Participate in the implementation of new projects to contribute to the company's growth.
Professional Profile
- FP II or CFG Superior in administration or computer science.
- High knowledge of office software, especially Excel at the formula and pivot table level, with knowledge of macros valued.
- Experience in quality control or Helpdesk departments is valued.
- Knowledge of QlikSense, PowerBi, etc.
- Specific internal training is necessary to develop the role.

Work Schedule:
8 hours daily and 40h/week from 9:00-18:00 Monday to Friday, with the option of intensive hours on Fridays from 9:00-15:00. After the training period, the employee will rotate within the team to cover the schedule from 10:00-19:00.
