The role
We’re seeking a Business Development Executive to cover a geographical territory around Tarragona/ Salou in Eastern Spain. The BDE is responsible for generating new and maintaining existing affiliate relationships with legal & estate agency firms. Your performance will be pivotal in driving our success, contributing to our organizational growth and offering ample opportunities for your professional development. You will be the driving force that energizes new and existing partner accounts, cultivating profitable, long-term relationships.
What You'll Do
1. Target new partners to generate referred customers for the Client Account Executive (CAE) team to register and then the dealing team to trade.
2. Develop relationships with partner accounts to create sustainable, profitable relationships.
3. Map out your territory and formulate a business development plan with the sales manager to achieve client conversion goals.
4. Clearly communicate the partner benefits for all products and services, recording all information in our CRM (Salesforce).
What You'll Need
1. Previous experience in a field sales role with a proven track record of target achievement and delivering sales results.
2. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
3. A sales-oriented, commercial mindset.
4. Fluency in English and Spanish.
5. Valid driving licence.
Bonus Points
1. Fluency in Catalan (in addition to English and Spanish) would be highly desirable.
2. An existing network of contacts in the Real Estate, Legal or Notary space.
