Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and proactive International Business Developer to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to start with comprehensive training at our headquarters in Terrassa, Spain, and then transition to an international project in one of our global branches. Key Responsibilities:
1. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Planning, Production, and Business Analysis departments to gain in-depth knowledge of our products and company philosophy.
2. Client Management: Address the needs of key accounts, ensuring top-notch service and client satisfaction.
3. Project Management: Oversee, manage, and track projects to ensure they meet deadlines and deliverables.
4. Commercial Proposals: Develop, follow up, and finalize commercial proposals to drive business growth.
5. Customer Interaction: Serve as a primary contact for clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
6. Sales Analysis and CRM: Analyze sales data and manage CRM systems to identify trends and opportunities.
7. Market Exploration: Proactively search for new business opportunities and conduct market prospecting.
8. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports to inform strategic decisions.
9. Additional Tasks: Engage in various other related activities as required.
Qualifications:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Market Research, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Commitment: Willingness to stay in an international branch for a minimum of 2 years.
3. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (minimum B2 level); additional languages are highly valued.
4. Mobility: Preferably, own a vehicle.
5. Skillset: Strong learning ability, proactive approach, excellent communication, and leadership skills.
