THE ROLE
Join our Customer Service Hub at our location in Badalona as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will manage the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, from customer purchase orders to payment receipt.
Your key responsibilities will include :
* Accurately entering orders and monitoring their processing while keeping the customers informed at all stages
* Handling returns, issuing credit notes, and processing sample orders efficiently
* Optimizing order size, frequency, and the entire supply chain, including goods issue and shipment tracking
* Addressing customer inquiries and collaborating across departments
* Continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

YOUR PROFILE
* Solid professional experience in a comparable position, such as customer service, supply chain, logistics, or procurement
* Knowledge of order management and supply chain processes
* Experience with SAP R3 SD module is an advantage
* Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages such as Italian, French or Spanish would be a plus
* Excellent communication skills
